We will happily exchange or refund any product (except special orders and mixed paint) returned in original packaging in a saleable condition within 28 days of purchase with original receipt.

Mixed Novacolor Products

Please ensure that the Novacolor products are the correct colour and finish before application. Applying Novacolor products is your acceptance that both the colour and finish are correct and no subsequent claims will be entertained. 

Any claim for faulty Novacolor products will not exceed the price paid for the product.

Please ensure the paint is carried and stowed carefully  and upright and that the tin cannot be struck or overturned in anyway.

We take no responsibility for spillages of Novacolor products once the items have left the premises. Please ask if you would like us to tape and box anything you have purchased. This does not affect your statutory rights.
